We believe patients should be empowered to make informed decisions about their care, including how much it will cost. With Bundled Pricing, patients receive a total “all-inclusive” price prior to surgery.
The Bundled Pricing listed on our website is inclusive of the initial consultation fee with your surgeon, facility fees, surgeon fees, and anesthesia fees. We also built in an additional allowance for implant costs (if applicable) and standard post-operative patient care associated with the procedure.

Please note: the duration of postoperative care varies for each procedure. Your surgeon will let you know the estimated amount of postoperative care included in in the price. A $200 initial consultation fee is applied to the total cost of the procedure should surgery be advised. If surgery is not advised, the $200 will be retained by MPSC and paid to the surgeon.
Fees published on our website do not include any diagnostic studies related to the surgery such as laboratory work, MRI exams, X-ray imaging, or consultations with specialists to determine medical risk/management, physical therapy and rehabilitation. These fees do include an allowance for hardware or implants required for the procedure (grafts, mesh, plates, screws, etc.) the allowance is based upon the average cost for these implants. Should you and your surgeon decide to use a more expensive implant the amount above the allowance will be your responsibility.
Following your surgical consultation and determination of the type of implant (if necessary) you and your surgeon select, our billing department will provide you with a comprehensive total cost. Actual implant invoices will be provided to you.
Lodging and/or travel expenses are not included. An overnight stay at our facility can be arranged on a case-by-case basis for an additional charge.
Expenses or fees resulting from complications subsequent to the completion of surgery and discharge from the facility are not included. Insurance covering this possibility can be purchased separately from MPSC.

The prices listed are non-negotiable and are available only to those who pay the entire amount in advance. These self pay prices are possible due to advance payment and elimination of claims processing.
MPSC is contracted with most health insurance companies and will process the claim with your insurer. Please call us for pricing and out of pocket expense as it will vary based on your carrier.
